Volunteering
As a predominantly volunteer-run nonprofit organization, we always welcome new recruits who share our unified passion and commitment to preserving and sharing the documents, photographs and books on the history of Perris and its surrounding valley. Whether you are a high school student who finds historical novels or movies “fun” and want to explore what you can do with this interest in the way of a profession or you are an octogenarian who nostalgically wishes to keep alive memories of your earlier years in a more active manner, there is a place for you with our facility. We believe no one is too young or too old to embrace the preservation of the past, and we make every effort to foster this sentiment amongst our volunteers.
To learn how you can become a volunteer, please contact Archivist Christina Perris either via e-mail at christina.perris@perrisvalleyarchives.org or via the landline to the Perris Valley Museum Historical Archives at 951-657-6700.
